Palin: the News--ek cover

If any vegans came over for dinner, I could whip them up a salad, then explain my philosophy on being a carnivore: If God had not intended for us to eat animals, how come He made them out of meat? - Sarah Palin, Going Rogue

"If God had not intended for us to eat Katie Couric, how come He made her out of meat? You're bein' awful quiet there Katie. What's a matter... cat got yer tongue? ~ Sarah Palin, An American Loon

Palin comments on Newsweek cover (not affiliated with News--ek). See Newsweek cover for November 23, 2009 HERE:
The choice of photo for the cover of this week's Newsweek is unfortunate. When it comes to Sarah Palin, this "news" magazine has relished focusing on the irrelevant rather than the relevant. The Runner's World magazine one-page profile for which this photo was taken was all about health and fitness - a subject to which I am devoted and which is critically important to this nation. The out-of-context Newsweek approach is sexist and oh-so-expected by now. If anyone can learn anything from it: it shows why you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, gender, or color of skin. The media will do anything to draw attention - even if out of context. ~ Sarah Palin, Sarah Palin's Notes ( November 16, 2009)

Relish is for vegetarians.

Many thanks to Kevin K. at Rumproast.com for the link to this post. Without support from others in the blogosphere important publications such as News--ek could not survive. Thank you Kevin.

Therefore, in appreciation, I have decided to contribute sevearal thousand dollars - in the form of untraceable Neiman Marcus gift certificates and a panel van full of stolen orange pantsuits - to the SarahPAC 2012 campaign and election effort. I hope all of you will join me. In the effort. You know what I mean.
