President Bush grumbled recently that he doesn't use e-mail because he worries the exchanges could become public.

"There has got to be a certain sense of privacy," he told a conference of newspaper editors.

$70 million bucks to investigate a blowjob—I'd say that "certain sense of privacy" wasn't all that important to the Republicans when they were trying to overthrow Clinton during the impeachment saga. Eh?
